We hope this helps aid you on your weight loss journey. We have a few things to note before "stepping forward".
First, your step count, starting weight, and weight loss achieved will be occasionally monitored and recorded for up to twelve months.
Second, we would like to credit Dr. Robert Buresh for creating the equation we've used to calculate the steps needed for weight loss. He suggests that you only update your current weight every 3 to 6 months or after appointment with your medical professional.
